I'm back

I just spent 4 wonderful days and 3 nights at a B&B in Kansas. Had a great workshop with Jo Morton, we did a small hand appliqued project that Jo designed just for us. I have never done any hand applique so this was a first for me. I still need to add an eye for the bird and the little red berries. I have been thinking of getting some buttons for it but may still decided to do it by hand. We'll see. Later in the week I hope to add some more pictures from the retreat.
