Off to the convention center for the show today. It is pouring out and we have to walk but we did bring umbrellas with us so hopefully we will stay dry. This hotels shuttles to the airport but not across to the convention center. It really is only a block walk but when it's pouring down rain alot of women are complaining. Hoping for another good day, yesterday was rather busy all day and Thursday's are usually slow we did have a few buses.
Yesterday there was this older man that was proudly wearing a shirt his wife had made. This shirt sure was a topic for conversation, the fabric was the fabric that had bras all over it. He was in good humor and told us all that it was better to wear the bras on the shirt then under the shirt. Sure got a good kick out of him. How many men would wear a shirt with bras all over it?

Ohio NQA Show
Today was set up, our docking time was 11 am, we walked over and checked in about 10 then checked out our booth. We got the truck and trailer and proceeded to the docking area. It took 3 trips to get it all unloaded and inside. While I started to get it set up Marc took the truck and trailer back to the parking area. I set my booth up once again differently the size is still 10x10 but I wanted to be more open. This worked out okay. They give us dinner tonight at 5:30 and preview starts at 7. I have a couple of hours to relax until then.

Not our Day
We survived the storms this morning. We had tornado warnings and severe thunderstorms once again. We wanted to get an early start this morning we need to be in Ohio on Wednesday morning and Marc wanted to take his time driving and see some of the sites. Well it was raining so hard this morning we couldn't get the truck loaded with suitcases and coolers until the rain subsided. We had about 4 inches of rain from 5 to 8 this morning. we finally got on the road and decided we needed to drop some stuff off at my daughter's well that took longer then anticipated. We were finally on the road and then about a half hour down the road we have a blow out. Now these tires are fairly new, we purchased them in FEB 2007 and they had only 13,000 miles on them. Now to get the tire off and the spare from under the truck. A couple of guys must of seen us sitting on the side of the road and came to our rescue. These guys are fish farmers from Ozark Fish Hatcheries thanks guys. They said this was their area of the road to patrol. We were lucky they came along since cell phones don't work in this area. They had that tire off and the spare on in less then 15 minutes and on the road we were once again.

It took 3 guys to figure out where to put the jack.

It took two guys to get the spare tire on.
