Saturday

As promised here are a couple pictures of my booth. Today is the last day of the show. It has been a really slow show. Alot of people but nobody is really buying. As you watch people go by they are carrying very little in there hands. I'm betting it's the economy with the Dow dropping like it is people are really scared. Yesterday was the busiest day, the amount of ticket sales were the most. I was able to meet another of my dyehard friends also which made it really nice. I was to busy to really talk to her or get a picture but we were able to give each other a big hug. It's always a good day when you meet another dyehard.

  1. Your booth looks great, though I would rather have seen it in person! I wish I had been able to make it to DM but had class scheduled before I knew about it. I only live about 2 hours away so was very disappointed. Is this show going to be an annual event?

  2. Beautiful booth as always Judi. I'm not surprised that sales are down because people are scared of the economy and lets face it a lot of quilters buy on spec for their stash and with things being the way they are they are probably saying to themselves that they should use up what they already have.
