thimbleberries, parfaits, make purple and gradation with additive

Yesterday was our second Thimbleberries meeting. I made my block for the month today, I made 4 of them. Next month we will be putting these blocks together.


This block is a challenge for Thimbleberries. We are given one fabric and are challenged to make a block with it. This block is called Balkin Puzzle.



Parfaits from left over dyes.




Make Purple Color Run. I used Bubble Gum and Intense Blue both Pro Chem colors.


Gradation with additive. I used Turquoise and Basic Brown both Pro Chem colors.

    I like the blocks Judi especially the second one and the rest of the dyes are great as well. I'm going to be looking forward to the turquoise with additive.
