Can you tell what I have been doing?
Yesterday I snowdyed 8 t shirts and today I snowdyed 6 more. I also did some ice dyeing and a color run. I was in a hurry to get the iced dyed pieces done and didn't want to put gloves on and see what happens, I now have purple and blue fingertips, it will take a few days but the dye will wear off.
The last time I dyed I dropped some dye on my foot. For sometime I had "one" purple foot.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see what you created today.

Sounds like fun!! Next time where those gloves, though!
ReplyDeleteJudi,
ReplyDeleteI currently have some blue arms.
The fabric arrived today. Thanks so much. It is very nice fabric and there are some interesting pieces. The chicken wire piece is great.

I ALWAYS end up with dyed fingers. I start out with gloves and wear them the whole time. The problem always comes in when I run back to check and see if everything is saturated and I forget to throw the gloves back on, or when I first start to rinse I will stick my hands in, UGH!
ReplyDeleteTo tell the truth I can't wait to have dyed hands!!!! LOL
I can't seem to keep the dye off my hands with gloves or without! Clorox does help it wear off faster...
