Today I took my Oliso iron up to the shop I purchased it at and they are going to have their girl that works on sewing machines look at it. When I got home I had an email from James at Oliso about the iron. WOW talk about customer service, he said they will replace my iron with a new one he also said he found out about my problem by reading my blog. I love my Oliso iron and can't wait to be able to get a replacement.
